What is the best part of your role?

When I place someone in a new position and his or her career really flourishes and becomes life changing.

What values do you look for in a candidate?

For me, the key ingredients are a positive mental attitude, a commitment to succeed, to keep an open mind and the willingness to take on board personal accountability.

What would be your best career advice?

Make sure that the role and the culture of the business meet your personal and career goals - don't ever just move for more money!

Tell me something that no one knows about you?

That I have perfected the art of being a hopeless cook! Seriously, not my strength but thankfully I do have other qualities!

And finally, what is your burning ambition?

I like new challenges and I would love to undertake a sky dive. I think the sense of freedom; space and sheer excitement must be quite awesome.
