Emma Bailey

Emma joined in 2021 as the Executive Assistant to the Metzger Group. Working both within mergers and acquisitions and executive recruitment, Emma provides extensive administration support to the whole team compiling research and liaising with clients, building long lasting relationships.

Emma’s background is in PA/EA support, mainly within the property industry.

What is the best part of your role?

Every day is varied. Liaising with candidates and clients from all different backgrounds and sectors, building long lasting relationships.

Can you name one person who has really inspired you and why?

I am inspired by a Manchester based artist named Tom Burbidge who creates abstract pieces. His work is incredible, and I often get my ideas from his creativity.

What do you do when you’re not working?

I regularly attend the gym doing weightlifting and on sunnier days, I enjoy cycling. I like creating abstract paintings using acrylics on canvas, this is definitely my form of meditation! I also love photography, mainly street photography and capturing people on nights out! I have a French Bulldog named Sosa, who is my pride and joy!
