Caroline Longhurst

Caroline has over 25 years’ experience in finance. She is responsible for every aspect of Metzger Search & Selection’s financial processes including sales and purchase ledgers, credit control, VAT, payroll, management reporting and all reconciliations. It is a wide and varied role requiring full attention to detail and no two days are ever the same.

Can you name one person who has really inspired you and why?

Watching the Invictus Games, I never cease to be inspired by those who have overcome all sorts of adversity with such strength, courage and determination.

What do you do when you’re not working?

When I’m not at work I enjoy walks in the countryside, skiing and cooking meals at home for family and friends.
