Business Development Manager
Location: Remote with access to the South West London office

Our client is a growing and ambitious facilities services business based in South West London that strives for excellence throughout the business from proposal to delivery.
As the business prepares for the next exciting stage of growth, they are seeking a highly self-motivated Business Development Manager to contribute to the overall success of the organisation. The successful candidate will be excited by the opportunity to originate and convert a pipeline of opportunities and will have the confidence to develop opportunities outside of their existing sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- evaluating, and pursuing opportunities for expansion into untapped markets by identifying emerging industries, market segments, and growth opportunities
- and implementing strategic plans to penetrate new industries, expand market reach, and achieve revenue targets
- leads, prospecting potential clients, and engaging in consultative selling to promote company offerings and secure new business opportunities
The successful candidate will:
- a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or market expansion roles, preferably in a B2B environment
- excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
- the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- a self-starter who has the desire, energy, and flair to develop relationships and create work-winning strategies
