With over 20 years varied experience in Executive Assistant, Office Management and Facilities roles, Lorraine ensures the effective day to day operation of the Metzger Search & Selection office together with providing EA support to the Directors.

Her role is diverse, covering everything from candidate care, office facilities and event management, through to supporting the Directors on specific recruitment campaigns. As the Directors of Metzger Search & Selection work with company owners and entrepreneurs, Lorraine has the responsibility for managing all client administrative and logistics functions, thus enabling them to optimise their business requirements.

Caroline has over 25 years’ experience in finance. She is responsible for every aspect of Metzger Search & Selection’s financial processes including sales and purchase ledgers, credit control, VAT, payroll, management reporting and all reconciliations. It is a wide and varied role requiring full attention to detail and no two days are ever the same.

Lisa assists the directors with sourcing suitable candidates for roles they are recruiting for. This includes executive search, reviewing advert responses and headhunting. Frequent communication with clients and candidates is a fundamental part of Lisa’s role.

With 20 years recruitment experience in a Consultancy, Search and In-house capacity, across numerous functions and industries, Emma provides a research, resource and headhunting service for the organisation. This supports the Directors, by providing critical information to identifying the right individuals to satisfy our client’s needs.
