Lorraine Thomas and James Metzger were delighted to attend the CSSA (Cleaning & Support Services Association) Annual Luncheon at the Savoy Hotel recently. This popular event in the industry calendar was a sell-out and was a great opportunity for people to re-connect in great surroundings and recognise the lifetime achievement of CSSA Chairman, Doug Cook.
