Natalie joined Metzger Search & Selection in July 2024 as Executive Assistant, bringing over 13 years' experience as a virtual and executive assistant. She supports the team across a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities, bringing organisation, efficiency, and a calm head to a fast-moving environment.

What is the best part of your role?

I love the fast-paced nature of the role and the variety of tasks that come with it.

Can you name one person who has really inspired you and why?

A former boss and manager of mine — a great businessman who left a real legacy. He had passion and ideas constantly flowing, was a true family man, and an all-round nice person.

What do you do when you're not working?

When I'm not working, you'll find me playing padel, doing Pilates, or eating out.
