Service and Operations Manager
Location: South West London
Salary: £50,000 per annum + 15% bonus and travel expenses

A flagship site for an international player in the transport sector has an opportunity for a Service and Operations Manager to lead a large operation in Central London.

They are looking for a change-maker with a passion for customer care. Someone who can see better ways of working and loves to turn a situation around.

As a Service and Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

*Working in high footfall environments where health and safety compliance is
critical - Airports, Train/Coach Stations, Retail Operations, Facilities Management
or multi-purpose Arenas/Football Stadiums.
*Responding to unexpected situations such as the weather, large sporting events,
public holidays or network delays, ensuring the site continues to run smoothly.
*Delivering outstanding customer service to the public.
*Inspiring the team.
*Developing individuals.
*Building effective relationships with clients.

To be a successful Service and Operations Manager, you will have the following skills and experiences:

*To be a strong leader and lead from the front.
*The ability to inspire, motivate and develop individuals to build a winning team.
*Experience working in a highly pressurised environment with high levels of
footfall, 24/7.
*The ability to think quickly, making correct decisions.
*Previous stakeholder management experience, both internal and client-facing.
*Financial experience in payroll, budgetary responsibility and reporting.
*A relevant H&S qualification such as IOSH, NEBOSH is beneficial but is not
essential.
*Previous experience in a similar role/background/environment.

In return, a Service and Operations Manager will receive a salary of £50,000 per annum plus a 15% bonus.
