Senior Operations Managers in Contract Cleaning
Location: London within M25
Salary: Circa £50,000 plus benefits
We currently have several opportunities for experienced Senior Operations Managers to work within the contract cleaning sector.
Our Clients are successful, well-established contract cleaning businesses with customers in both the private and public sectors.
We are looking to identify candidates who will be excited by the prospect of joining an ambitious and progressive business, where they can be part of a dynamic team, and influence the success through their strategic and operational input.
To be considered for these roles, candidates will:
*Be able to evidence career success to date in senior operational roles in the contract cleaning industry
*Support, train and develop Area Managers
*Oversee and project manage new site mobilisations
*Have well-developed communication and influencing skills at all levels
*Be customer focused and solutions oriented in multi-site, operational environments where quality and health & safety are crucial
*Demonstrate well-developed commercial awareness of contract delivery
*Be well-organised and capable of managing and prioritising a varied workload
*Have project management and process improvement experience
*Be "high-energy" and enjoy the challenge of working in a pacy, dynamic environment
*Have experience of operating collaboratively at both a strategic and operational level
*Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their approach
