Senior Business Development Manager - Soft Services/Soft FM (Corporate Clients)
Location: Home-based UK-Wide Field Sales role, can live anywhere in UK
Salary: £65,000 + UNCAPPED Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits
Are you an experienced, savvy and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with experience in Facilities Management?
Are you looking to win medium sized FM contracts around the £1 million per annum plus mark, with corporate clients throughout the UK?
My client is an international facilities management services organisation who are experiencing a strong increase in sales and retention. As such they need to hire an accomplished Senior Business Development Manager within the Facilities Management space. The Business Development Manager will be an outstanding consultative-led sales individual, who has a track record in selling soft services or integrated facilities management solutions in to the business and industry arenas.
The Business Development Manager will develop their own sales strategy targeting specific sectors and positioning strategic accounts and will be strongly supported by marketing and the solutions/bid team to ensure they can drive the commercial offer and develop winning solutions.
Selling to large, blue-chip clients with complex requirements requires attention to detail, charm and persuasiveness, combined with a strong work ethic and a real belief in the quality of the service provided.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will bring this combination, in addition to the following skills and experience:
*Outstanding sales track record within Soft FM / Soft Services such as cleaning,
catering or security
*Excellent relationship building and communication skills
*Structured approach to lead generation
*Corporate business experience - very polished in terms of personal presentation and
*Bid and tender management in the £1 million per annum contract value space
With an emphasis on Soft Services including cleaning, catering and security, the company recruiting is a major player in the field of Soft Services/Soft FM and is increasingly moving their service offering towards Total Facilities Management /TFM.
This is a dual sales and leadership role, with the emphasis on the selling.
The role is nationwide, so the right person can live anywhere but must be prepared to travel to visit clients across the UK.
In return, the Senior Business Development Manager will receive a salary of £65,000 + UNCAPPED Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits.
