Sales & Marketing Director - Information Security
Location: London Based
Salary: Circa £150,000 basic plus equity and benefits
Our client, a well-resourced private company is embarking on ambitious growth. The vision for the company is to build a strong UK Cyber Security Specialist business, offering the integration of best in class technology, and talented management to deliver high value added managed Cyber Security solutions to medium and large organisations in the private and public sector.
Their ethos is one of long-term relationships with customers based on recurring revenues from technology and services that add value through innovative integration and high levels of customer care.
The business is well funded through private investment and designed, structured and prepared for long term growth. The Leadership and Management are critical and are rewarded on a rolling basis with a structure that can provide 'real' personal wealth creation.
To be considered, you will be steeped in the Cyber Security world and have an in-depth understanding of how to market, position and grow such a business. You will have lead sales and marketing teams in the industry for a number of years and have the experience and knowledge that can demonstrate real time past success.
You may have been part of a team, rather than leading it in the past but looking for your first Board appointment. You may have been on the Board but been frustrated with strategy or the corporate structure around you. We are wanting to identify someone who can break new ground, be really focused on customers, knowing that doing the best for them reaps commercial rewards and long-term prosperity.
You must have clear Cyber services and technology clarity, gained from working within the industry in a sales and marketing function. You will have very clear and positive management skills and be able to operate as a Board member.
