C£140,000 basic plus high earnings OTE and Benefits, leading to equity participation

Our client are a highly regarded data solutions based marketing and campaign management service business, full of technology solutions and supported by a team of data scientists, engineers and technology strategists and planners who focus on delivering meaningful marketing growth campaigns for a wide range of globally recognised brands. The business is well established, has significant P/E investment and is highly respected in the Data Science Marketing arena.
Data Science Marketing is used for channel optimisation, customer segmentation, lead targeting and real time customer interaction, providing clients with valuable insights into customer preferences and behaviours, increasing the ROI of marketing budgets. Our client is at the forefront of this technology service and works with a range of well-respected companies.

Following a significant investment, the business is readying for significant growth and therefore needs to hire an experienced, technology - software Sales Director to guide the business, creating multi-channel opportunities and build a highly focused sales capability.
You will be used to leading from the front, building and managing a significant pipeline of sales opportunities, whilst ensuring the sales team apply themselves to appropriate leads and customer engagements. You will be a 'player, manager' with a natural instinct for winning and delivering new business with large, complex clients.
You will have a significant track record of selling, building and managing a sales function in the Technology and Software markets and be particularly adept at creating a complete sales strategy and delivery engine with corporate customers. You will be a 'hunting' sales leader with the capability to build and motivate a high achieving team.
