The company has a strong leadership team with a positive culture and reputation for excellent service delivery and it is looking to complement this existing structure with a Sales Director who will perform a dual role.
This experienced, inspiring, well connected Sales Director will lead and develop a small but growing team within the Sales function, exploring new markets and generating new business personally and through their team.
The company has an ambitious growth plan, which the Sales Director will play a pivotal role in executing. They will bring a knowledge base along with a focussed, strategic approach and structured business plan.
The successful candidate will have the following background:
*Proven, successful Player/Coach from the Soft Services industry, operating at Board level with the ability to inspire and lead
*A network of clients where they have converted new business personally, or through their team into a variety of industries
*Exceptional customer relationship management skills honed at a C-Suite level
*Experience of working closely internally, with senior team members who manage the whole process from Bid Management through to mobilisation of contracts, influencing and contributing to a first-class process
*The intellect and desire to contribute at both a strategic and operational level
