Sales Director - B2B Solutions / Services
Salary: £80,000-£90,000 per annum + Commission
A progressive, dynamic and entrepreneurial owner-managed SME in London is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead a small team in a business which has a distinctive, positive culture. This is a new role with the opportunity to shape the Sales function and have real impact on the business as a whole.
The business has grown from small beginnings at a fast pace and is looking to grow through organic client attraction, while also continuing to acquire smaller businesses. This success story is largely due to the strength of the leadership team, and the positive culture that has been created. There is an ambitious growth plan and the Sales Director will play a key role in this expansion by excelling in a dual leadership and sales role. The successful Sales Director will bring an energetic approach and will bring clients on board through their own structured, well thought-out and executed personal business development activity; while also getting the very best out of the small sales team that they will lead and inspire.
The main responsibilities of the Sales Director - B2B Solutions / Services are:
*Lead the Sales function for this owner managed business
*Develop the existing sales strategy, in particular by identifying and focusing on the priority clients and target clients that need to be attracted and developed
*Develop and secure new clients for the business personally
The Sales Director will bring the following skills, experience and personality traits to the role:
*A strong leader with the ability to inspire and lead from the front in a dual sales and leadership role
*A desire to achieve, to keep learning and to develop new skills
*Exceptional relationship building skills, with client, colleagues and team members
*A background in sales within Business to Business (B2B) solutions or services - this could be within Facilities Management (FM), Logistics, Document / Print Solutions, Hospitality or Technology.
In return, you will be rewarded as a Sales Director with a basic salary of ££80,000-£90,000 per annum plus a commission structure.
