Our client is looking to recruit a Regional Manager who will assume full responsibility for service delivery for the company's Standard. You will be required to deliver client satisfaction, team management and budget control on all designated contracts, and continuously strive to find new ways to improve efficiency and quality.
Ensure proactive and professional communication with all designated clients at all times an that all actions and requests are followed up in a timely and professional manner
Attend formal contract review meetings in line with the Service Level Agreement
Ensure new contracts are mobilised in accordance with the New Contract Start-Up Procedure and as specified by the Directors.
Carry out regular quality audits on standards in line with the Service Level Agreement
Ensure compliance with all H&S policies
Manage and support the Area Manager(s) and Site Supervisors through encouragement and recognition
Ensure Area Manager(s) and Site Supervisors have at all times got the resources necessary to perform their duties in line with the Service Level Agreement
Take overall responsibility for training of the Area Managers and Site Supervisors on all designated contracts
Keep the Operations Director informed of all relevant information pertaining to clients, sites, contracts and budgets as appropriate and required
Carry out annual appraisals of Area Managers and/or Site Supervisors, evaluating their performance and identifying needs for training and personal development
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the FM industry in a similar or related role
An experienced motivational staff manager
Exceptional knowledge of processes and equipment
Fully conversant with Health and Safety and COSHH Regulations
PC literate and excellent working knowledge of MS Office
Willing to work unsociable hours
Valid UK driving license
BICS and H&S qualification would be an advantage
