Salary: Circa. £50,000 + Bonus + Travel
A privately-owned, growing business in the field of Washrooms and Janitorial Supplies has a requirement for a dynamic, experienced Operations Manager to run a multi-site operation in London. The client base includes famous and iconic buildings, from state-of-the-art new buildings to well-known landmark buildings that are part of the history of London.
Due to rapid growth, based on excellent client retention and new business, the business is expanding its management team and is looking for an outstanding Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager your duties will include:
*Managing a route-based business model of product and service delivery across Central London. This could involve early morning starts to get to site and oversee contract delivery where the business requires it.
*Leading a team in a multi-site role
*Nurturing client relationships
*Developing new and repeat business opportunities
*Logistical management of people, products and the delivery of outstanding service to demanding clients
*Working closely with senior management
To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:
*Outstanding leadership of multi-site teams
*Excellent relationship building and communication skills
*A background in Washrooms, Janitorial Supplies, Cleaning, Security or other Facilities Management service
*Multi-site experience, such as Regional Management or Operations Management in a client-facing, service/support environment.
In return, the General Manager will receive a salary of circa. £50,000 per annum plus a Bonus and travel.
