Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum

Our client is a well-established Facilities Management provider with an excellent reputation for good customer service. They are now seeking to appoint a dynamic individual to lead and manage a team of Regional and Area Managers.
The role will incorporate the following aspects:
Establish and maintain quality cleaning services to ensure contract compliance and satisfied customers
Create and develop effective relationships with customers through regular contact
Maintain and expand customer base to meet business objectives
Monitor customer satisfaction half yearly
Liaise with sales team, introduce new leads, and assist with tenders
Managing a mixed portfolio of contracts
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:
Operational experience in a service delivery sector
Re-structuring of an operational team
Liaising with HR/IT and Sales to deliver a co-ordinated approach
Strong personal accountability and ownership
Input into the direction of the business adding value where needed
Proven leadership skills with a diverse workforce
Leading by example and striving to be exceed customer expectations
Hands on approach required at all times to support team
