Internal Communications Manager
Location: Flexible with national travel
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 plus benefits

Our client is a well-established multi-channel, multi-site distributor and manufacturer who continues to innovate to ensure it is ahead of the competition. The business is looking for an Internal Communications Manager, to fulfil a new role that has been created as part of the company's strategy to support its continued growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Internal Communications Manager will develop, manage and drive multi-channel, internal communication plans to ensure there is clear strategic and operational communication across the business to support the organisational goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

*Developing and maintaining a full understanding of the structure and complexities of the business to ensure all internal communication solutions meet short, medium and long-term objectives
*Initiating, developing and implementing an omnichannel communications platform, fully engaging key stakeholders throughout the process, including Managing Director, other Directors and Heads of Departments
*Creating strong relationships within an operations network, to ensure all communications are delivered within a structure and format, to ensure consistency and achieve maximum engagement
*Managing the communications platform to convey a fully structured, timely, relevant and effective delivery of all internal communications, ensuring engagement is maximised
*Fostering and maintaining active partnership with identified teams to include, Talent and HR, Commercial and Marketing and CSR teams.
*Continually measuring performance, introducing improvements and initiatives to ensure communications are efficient, effective, and scalable and deliver full analysis and performance metrics to all stakeholders

To be successful in this role you must:
*Be educated to Degree level
*Have 5+ years of experience in Internal Communications
*Have prior experience of working for a large multi-site, multi-channel organisation
*Have experience with internal communications omnichannel software platforms
*Be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
