Human Resources Manager - Mainland Europe
Location: Rotterdam, The Netherlands
Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 (Euros)

Our client, a progressive international business is looking to recruit a HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling all aspects of the HR function within Mainland Europe


Responsibilities:
*To support the growth and development of the company in mainland Europe
*Responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
*Effective management of the HR operation and processes
*Managing talent acquisition and retention for senior roles, promoting and
maintaining an effective recruitment process in order to attract and select the best
candidates
*Advising on employment legislation in accordance with best practice and providing
best solutions on HR issues
*Formulating HR related correspondence in accordance with company standards
*Support the implementation of training and identification of training needs
*Support the implementation of payroll set up and on-going management
*Contributing to business goals and objectives
*Monthly reporting to the Directors as required
*Supporting staff and management within the countries in Europe in which our client
operates

Skills, knowledge & experience:
*At least 3 years' experience as an HR Manager is essential
*Strong generalist background
*Extensive understanding of European employment law with the ability to apply it
practically within the workplace
*Degree qualified of an appropriate HR body (Essential)
*Fluent in the English language; other languages are a plus
*Excellent communication and relationship building skills
*Ability to travel around Europe, generally one or two days at a time
*Ability to identify priorities and manage accordingly
*Knowledge of MS Office
*Hands on approach to getting things done
