Human Resources Director

Our client is a high-growth, PE backed organisation with plans to scale up their Business Services organisation globally. This progressive business is led by an ambitious, experienced, Senior Leadership Team who are looking to complement their current format with a forward thinking, commercial Human Resources Director, who will be an integral part in the next exciting phase of the organisation's development.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your duties and responsibilities will include; The leadership and development of the UK HR Team, developing the People Plan and contributing as part of the Senior Leadership Team to the overall success of the business.
To be successful in the role you will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
*Strong HR Generalist skills including, Employee Relations, Organisational Planning, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward & Recognition
*CIPD qualified or an equivalent qualification with key strength in operational and strategic HR in B2B multisite, operational services organisations
*Experience of acquisition and integration activity, in high growth business environments
*Be confident, collaborative, articulate and able to influence at all levels, through effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
*Be analytical, results, metrics and solutions focused
*Proven ability of building, developing and leading high performing teams
*Demonstrate sound judgment and effective decision-making skills
*Be commercially astute and capable of reading and managing a P&L
*Flexible and adaptable in style, with the ability and willingness to switch from operational "hands on" to high level strategic activities on a daily basis
*Be of graduate level, and proficient in all MS Windows applications
*Thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
*Drive the values, initiatives and culture of the organisation
