Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Reading
Salary: £50,000 per annum + benefits

Our client, is looking for an HRBP to work for their leading international B2B services company, based in Reading. The successful candidate will provide a professional, first-class HR service to multi-site Operations across the South East of England.

Responsibilities will include:
*Business Partnering within the organisation whilst the business completes a global
transformation project
*Develop, train, coach and champion change with key individuals as the
transformation project evolves, preparing them for the new business approach to HR
and people management
*Design strategic solutions to promote engagement and create an efficient,
operational operating model
*Provide sound ER advice and support to Managers as well as building strong
partnerships and championing and promoting best practice

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with the following experience:
*CIPD qualified or equivalent
*Good knowledge and understanding of employment law and TUPE
*An HR Generalist background with a particular emphasis on supporting multi-site
operations
*Ability to communicate and influence with all levels of management and maintain
confidentiality
*Logical, concise and innovative thinker
*Resilient and fast paced, with the strength and flexibility to adapt and deliver
within a challenging and commercial environment
