Role Title: HR Manager
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 plus car, benefits
Location: UK with flexibility to travel nationally
Our client is one of the leading multi-channel and multi-site businesses based in the UK and are currently looking for a HR Manager to design and deliver their HR strategy across the business.
In this newly created role, you will support the Director of People and Culture to implement a robust people and culture focussed strategy. Drawing on your HR generalist experience from a commercial environment, you will offer advice and devise solutions that will address current and future business needs. The role will encompass recruitment, reward and recognition and HR operations.
The responsibilities:
*Attracting the right candidates by reinforcing the business as a 'great place to work'
*Designing and implementing a consistent recruitment process
*Championing early career activity to foster future talent e.g. Apprentices, School leavers
*Supporting line managers with recruitment tools to help them recruit the best talent
*Creating a company-wide fair pay structure
*Partnering with Finance to embed consistent reward strategies
*Designing job specifications/profiles to ensure consistency across the business
*Researching and designing a benefits and wellbeing strategy
*Supporting leaders across the business with complex HR and ER issues
*Creating and implementing policies to support general HR operations
*Working with the Talent Development Team and Leadership Development Manager to ensure onboarding and induction transfers through to a defined training programme
*Measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
The requirements:
*Minimum of three years Human Resource generalist experience within a dynamic commercial multi-site environment
*CIPD Level 5
*Creative and forward thinking with strong decision-making skills
*Successful track record of working cross functionally at a strategic and operational level
*Resilient with the ability to influence and challenge where necessary
*Able to travel extensively across the UK
