Reporting directly to the Managing Director and part of the Executive team, the Head of Business Sales will lead the sales team and marketing, formulating and delivering the strategy to outperform ambitious financial and strategic goals. You will have overall responsibility for the B2B channel and its 500+ customers and will line manage a team across a range of disciplines including sales, marketing and customer success - a black belt in sales and sales leadership and a commercial outlook is definitely required.
