£55,000 plus bonus, car and benefits
Our client is a ground-breaking, international manufacturer and distributor of unique equipment, whose ideology and principles are at the heart of everything it does.
As our client prepares for the next exciting stage of growth, it has identified the need to recruit a Head of Sales for its B2B division. This hands-on, focussed, analytical person will manage a team of Key Account Managers and Area Sales Managers and have responsibility for planning, winning, delivering and managing a significant portfolio of business.
The successful candidate, an effective Coach, will:
*Have extensive sales leadership skills and the experience to drive profitable growth within his/her assigned sectors
*Be educated to degree level
*Possess well-developed influencing and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail and a practical knowledge of CRM systems
