Head of Paid Media
Salary: circa £50,000, EMI scheme, 25 days holiday, enhanced pension scheme
Location: Bristol, with flexibility to work from home once a week

Are you passionate about paid media and looking to make the leap into leadership? Are you a Team Leader looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be instrumental in driving a business towards floatation or sale?

As part of a larger media group, our client is an ambitious digital agency who are looking to continue on their already successful growth path. As a result, they are looking for a Head of Paid Media to help carve the strategy and future whilst delivering exceptional results for their clients.

You will work closely across teams to embed best practice and will have proven ability to manage multiple projects. If you consider yourself to be a strategic thinker who is very hands on, then we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

*Inputting into overall business strategy and projects to accelerate growth
*Managing and growing a team of junior to mid-level executives
*Developing and maintaining productive relationships with clients
*Identifying new opportunities to grow accounts
*Managing resource to ensure work is delivered on time
*Acting as a strategic lead for all paid media clients
*Inputting into new business proposals and attending pitches
*Working closely with client services, design, and SEO teams
*Management of the P&L

To be considered for this role, you will:

*Have experience in planning, delivering, and maintaining paid strategy, ideally agency side
*Be able to lead by example, getting your sleeves rolled up with the day to day when needed
*Enjoy sharing your knowledge and skills with those around you
*Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Be meticulous, data driven and experienced in driving process development and efficiencies
*Be able to prioritise and work across multiple projects under pressure
*Be passionate and driven
