The Role - Head of Corporate Social Responsibility ("CSR")
Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be working across the business, with responsibility for implementing and developing the brand's corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy. This spans a huge variety of topics from carbon footprint, sustainable sourcing, and more. You'll work closely with the marketing team to communicate and promote CSR initiatives internally and externally to colleagues, community, clients, suppliers, partners and with the Commercial Bid team on tenders and client proposals.
Graduate level, with a "passion" for CSR, you will have previously worked in a B2B organisation in a "hands-on" CSR role. Collaborative in style, you will have experience of operating at both strategic and operational level and have skills, knowledge and experience in the following areas:
*Leading and delivering innovative CSR projects
*Well-developed influencing, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
*Sound business case development and approval skills
*Excellent commercial, analytical and reporting skills
