Group Sales & Marketing Director
Salary: Up to £110,000 plus executive benefits
Location: London/South East England

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Group Sales & Marketing Director
who will be instrumental in expanding and developing their established Cleaning and Soft Services FM business. They are a fast growing, dynamic business that has a strong reputation for delivering excellent customer service.

They are keen to identify a "Player Coach" who is currently selling Cleaning and Soft Services and is extremely well networked. The successful candidate will work as an integral part of the Board, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Management of a team who will be tasked with identifying profitable new business opportunities, opening new markets and service sectors and achieving predetermined sales targets
*Strategically leading and tactically supporting Operations through the transition and mobilisation of new contracts
*Participating and leading in all major tenders and re-bid processes
*Working with the Board to position and implement the "go to market" proposition for the expanding Group
*Creating and delivering a high performance culture of success

- To be considered for the role, you will have:

*At least 5 years' experience in Sales Management with a strong understanding of Cleaning and FM sectors either from Property or Soft FM or business services
*Effective people management experience, including remote management
*A successful record of delivering new profitable business growth personally and through others
*The ability to work under pressure, prioritising to meet deadlines, managing a busy workload and multi-tasking
*Strong influencing, commercial and negotiation skills
*A collaborative style, and be a true team player
*A Degree level education with excellent attention to detail and high levels of literacy and numeracy
