Job Description

Group Financial Controller
Location: Central London
Salary: circa £70,000 plus bonus and benefits

A highly successful and acquisitive Support Services Group Ltd, who provide technology led solutions to their clients, has been expanding rapidly both in the UK and internationally. Following several acquisitions in the UK and France (with future ones in the pipeline) there is the requirement to hire a highly skilled and commercially experienced Group Financial Controller to work closely with the Group CFO.

Creating a best in class Group finance function is an exciting prospect.

There is a real 'hands on' element to this role but it is strategic too, working closely with the Executive Board and key Stakeholders across the different entities to drive value creation through effectiveness of the systems and processes whilst delivering change programmes - operational efficiencies and strong consolidated reporting, Group Management accounts, forecasts, budgets and financial control. You and your small team will need to be technically strong and 'red hot' when it comes to numbers.

Proactive by nature you will need to be pragmatic and comfortable operating in both corporate and SME environments. Your success has been founded in your ability to build excellent working relationships with all stakeholders by understanding their challenges and finding successful solutions - you are the sort of person who always finds a way to solve the problem seeing options not dead ends. A stickler for numbers you love nothing better than to interrogate existing systems so they work more effectively for the benefit of all.

A B2B background in Property and Building Services, Facilities Management, Support Services, Emergency Repairs or Installation businesses would be a plus but isn't a necessity. Experience in delivering rigorous commercial and financial processes across a number different European entities will be a great advantage too.

Working closely with the Group CFO you will:
*Build a Best in Class Group finance function
*Improve and deliver timely, accurate group management information and consolidated accounts
*Be seen by the wider business as an effective Group function that is supportive, professional and helpful.

If you believe you have the blend of appropriate financial expertise and the high quality interpersonal skills that are essential, please apply with a CV in word format, including details of your current salary & package.

PLEASE NOTE** We are unable to accept telephone enquiries, please include any questions in your covering letter.
