Location: South London
Salary: £35, 000 - £40,000 + bonus and benefits
Our client is looking to recruit a General Manger with the ability to develop strong, lasting business relationships with existing clients. In order to achieve this, you will be expected to instigate face-to-face meetings, audits and inspections to ensure standards for both our clients and the company are being met.
You will be responsible for:
*Responding speedily to client's queries and complaints and resolving issues accordingly
*Maintaining up-to-date client records
*Organising alternative cleaning arrangements in the event of Public Holidays i.e., Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holidays
*Managing and complying with all aspects of Health & Safety regarding both clients and staff
*Liaising with our HR advisors regarding employment law
*Overseeing the day-to-day allocation of duties for the Area Supervisors
*Training and motivating the Area Supervisors and site Supervisors
*Maintaining up-to-date staff records to comply with legal requirements and to play an active role in staff recruitment
*Maintaining a good working relationship with external companies are employed to support the business. Also, to assist in monitoring stock control and arranging deliveries as required
*To be able to carry out cleaning quotations for existing clients for "special "cleans and also occasional quotations for new customers when provided with the lead.
