Facilities and Health and Safety Manager
Location: North West London
One of the UK's leading wine and spirits providers, who has a rich and entrepreneurial history is looking for a Facilities and Health and Safety Manager in London.
This role will have significant visibility to the CEO. You will also be responsible for the management of a small team and an additional outlet with warehouse. Ideally, you will have a strong technical background with a track record of delivering FM services in both an office and a warehouse environment.

As a Facilities and Health and Safety Manager, your responsibilities will include:
*Managing strategies, operations and budgets.
*Delivering a safe, secure, productive and cost-effective workspace/warehouse - no failure environment.
*Promoting and delivering workplace managements initiatives and best practice.
*Managing a small team.
*Providing budget oversights and securing the best values.
To be a successful Facilities and Health and Safety Manager, you will have the following skills and experiences:

*A NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
*Strong customer service skills.
*The ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
*The ability to work in a reactive environment.
*To have a hands-on approach to your work.
