Executive Search Consultant
Location: Home based with flexibility to travel nationally

Established 25 years ago, Metzger is a privately owned, boutique Executive Search business that has grown and prospered around the belief that pursuing long term, close relationships with clients and candidates, based on mutual respect and honesty, is the key to creating real value for all parties.
Traditionally, Metzger has provided creative and practical talent management solutions to B2B organisations including Technology, E-commerce, Logistics, Environmental and Facilities Management companies.
We adopt an entrepreneurial and flat management structure that ensures excellent communication and top-level support from every member of the team, to ensure that Metzger is the partner, supplier or employer of choice.
We predominantly work with clients on an exclusive basis, on assignments ranging from middle management through to Board level appointments, across all functions.
As the business is evolving and developing, we are looking to attract new talent to the team.
Has your career enabled you to create a strong client network? Do you have a consultative approach? Have you worked in a Business Development or CRM style role? Have you managed client accounts and know what excellent customer service looks like?
With this in mind, we are looking for a self-starter who will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage their own diary and create their own opportunities. Working from home, but with the support of the wider business, we are looking for an individual who already has relationships in the B2B market, who can also leverage the Metzger brand, reputation and heritage to develop our business and share in the success of the company.
