Contract General Manager
Salary: circa £65,000 + car allowance + bonus

A leading international Facilities Management company wish to hire a Contract General Manager or similar (PFI Director, Account Director, Estates Director, Operations Director etc.) to take charge of service delivery to one of their newest clients.
Based on the client site in Cambridge the Contract General Manager will lead a team to provide a fully integrated service to the contract. Manage all operational soft services teams including catering, cleaning, portering, retail and security, and take responsibility for the quality and financial performance of the services against contract targets.
The Contract General Manager will have strong stakeholder management skills and be adept at analytical reporting. You will relish the challenge of mobilising and turning around PFI's and have experience within Hospitals, NHS or Healthcare Trusts. You will have managed soft services teams and be very customer focused.
Useful: NEBOSH/IOSH, IH membership, CPD, BIFM etc.
