Change Manager - Facilities Management
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 plus excellent benefits
As our client successfully continues its acquisition strategy to enhance and complement its current business, it is looking to identify a highly skilled Change Manager. The successful candidate will have project experience that includes new and smarter ways of working; business readiness to change; digital transformation and organisational change such as acquisition and integration activity.
Core to this role will be the responsibility for creating and delivering change plans, with employees and the business at the fore-front of this individual's mind along with delivering change and transformation across people, processes and technology. In supporting the company's vision and strategy, the successful individual will ensure a fit-for-purpose change management process, ensuring governance is in place for all projects with an emphasis on the change impact on employees and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
*The creation of a project plan with a structured methodology and lead Change Management activities
*Creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
*Engage with business leaders to support the design, development, delivery and management of the overall communications strategy and identify, document and manage any risks and resistance
*Bring expertise to assess the change impact; conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and the metrics for success
*Support training efforts through thorough documentation of requirements and support the design and delivery of training programmes
Required expertise and qualifications include:
*A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process in a dynamic and fast-moving business
*A business management, change management or project management qualification ideally, as well as experience within a dynamic business sector with exposure to large scale organisational change
*Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools with evidence of successful change plan implementations and outcomes
*Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, building and sustaining strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels and regularly reporting on progress and status
*Experienced in engagement with business leaders and seen as a support and a natural problem solver who is able to help define the common goals and plan outcomes to achieve the change plan
*Resilience and tenacity in order to facilitate progress of the plan, but also agility and adaptability to work through new and emerging challenges that may arise. Solution oriented in approach and highly organised with a natural inclination to planning and achievement of goals
