Business Development Manager
Location: London and South East
Salary: Circa £40,000 to £50,000 basic per annum

Our client is a privately-owned family company which prides itself on delivering a high quality of service to their clients, focusing on service delivery, innovation and professionalism. They have a well-established background in the delivery of both single site and multi-location contracts within London and the South East. They are now looking for a successful Business Development Manager to join the team on their next exciting stage of growth.

Your day to day tasks will include:
*Self-generating leads by means of cold calling, networking and PQQs;
*Achieving agreed sales targets in line with the strategic guidelines set out by the Sales & Marketing Manager and the Managing Director;
*Actively promoting our client's services to the identified and selectively targeted audience;
*Conducting necessary market research and analysis;
*Preparing proposals, contracts, specifications and other sales documents;
*Carrying out face-to-face proposals and presentations with potential clients;
*Being the public face to all potential customers

*At least 1 years' sales experience in Facilities Management or Soft Services industry is desirable, however candidates with similar experience will also be considered;
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets;
*Own network of potential contacts and clients;
*Commitment and positive attitude;
*Excellent IT skills;
*Full clean driving licence desirable
