Business Development Manager - bundled services / facilities management
Based in North London
£60,000 per annum salary + Benefits
An opportunity has arisen to join a well established London SME in the Contract Cleaning Sector. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join them on the next stage of their ambitious growth plan.
Whilst the role covers contract cleaning, our client will consider applicants from any of the support services sectors such as washroom services, pest control and janitorial supplies.
It is essential that you can demonstrate a proven track record of success in generating new business. In return for your experience and expertise, you'll find yourself working for an ambitious business with a clear vision of where it's heading.
Your day to day tasks will include:
*Self-generating leads by means of cold calling, networking and PQQs;
*Achieving agreed sales targets in line with the strategic guidelines;
*Actively promoting our client's services to the identified and selectively targeted audience;
*Conducting necessary market research and analysis;
*Preparing proposals, contracts, specifications and other sales documents;
*Carrying out face-to-face proposals and presentations with potential clients;
*Being the public face to all potential customers
*At least 1 years' sales experience in Facilities Management or Soft Services industry is desirable, however candidates with similar experience will also be considered;
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets;
*Own network of potential contacts and clients;
*Commitment and positive attitude;
*Excellent IT skills;
*Full Clean driving licence desirable
