Job: Business Development Manager (Contract Cleaning)
Salary: to £55k + car + uncapped commission

Are you a Business Development Manager (BDM) within the Contract Cleaning space ?

Our client is based in London and provides Cleaning solutions to sites throughout London and the South East of England. They are privately owned and have been around for 20 years and have ambitious plans to grow their revenue by 60% over the next 4 years. As such they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to help achieve that goal !

The Business Development Manager will have a strong business development background in the contract cleaning or facilities management arenas and will be experienced in:

*managing the complete sales cycle including lead generation, proposal and bid writing, identifying win themes and bid differentiators, presentation skills, contract negotiation and closing;
*territory / sector development and strategic targeting;
*Taking ownership of the solution whilst working with Operations team to ensure service proposed is deliverable
*Working with Operations team for contract renewals and presenting service solutions in a professional manner
*Attending industry functions, events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
*Presenting to mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
*Identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
*Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
*Forecasting sales targets and ensuring they accurately reflect the pipeline;
*Working with sales and marketing executives to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner;
*negotiation and closing techniques;
*writing plans and proposals;
