Business Development Manager
Our client is a thriving well established contract cleaning business in the heart of Central London who is looking to identify an experienced Business Development Manager.
The successful candidate will be driven, hardworking and determined with exceptional communication skills.
You will use your previous experience in a cleaning sales environment to prospect and win new business in this newly created role.
Key responsibilities include:
*Pipeline and prospect new business in Central London
*Building effective relationships with prospective clients
*Identifying new business opportunities
*Contacting potential new clients to understand their needs
*Meeting and exceeding sales targets
*Maintaining records on the CRM database
*Closing deals in line with company processes
*Working closely with colleagues to maximise new business opportunities and retain existing customers
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
*An experienced Business Development Manager with the ability to influence and win new business
*Proven experience working within a commercial cleaning company in London, meeting and exceeding sales targets
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to travel throughout Central London
