Our client is a very well respected and managed, technically orientated Facilities Management business and part of a larger international PLC. The UK division has a turnover of c£400m and is very well-established in its core markets, with a strong professional ethos to support its strategy. The business is renowned for its high levels of integrity and has a strong delivery focused reputation in both the commercial and public sectors.
From a strong Technical bias, they are now looking to enhance their customer experience by managing a far wider range of services to take them further into a TF Management and delivery model with customers. To do this they need a highly professional approach to business development, and are looking to hire an accomplished sales leader to help shape 'go to' market propositions and marketing, lead with the finding and nurturing of new clients, propose winning solutions and work with the bidding and commercial teams to win new contracts. These being in the £5-£10m PA contracts in sophisticated, complex environments such as high-tech, manufacturing, or public and national & critical infrastructure sectors.
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in Total Facilities Management; from customer finding and interaction, to winning a range of contracts that has assisted in the ongoing growth of a company. You will be fully engaged in the TFM environment, knowing the market landscape, competitors and contract life cycles.
