Job Description

Our client is part of a major international FM and Support Service business, providing a range of services within specialist commercial industries. They support customers by providing critical solutions that can be deployed as a single or integrated package to include Mechanical and Building Services, Energy, Security and other ancillary solutions. The business is part of wider global company and has a range of high profile UK and international customers. It serves over 1000 locations around the UK including commercial, infrastructure and retail assets.

The business has a very strong reputation and platform for growth and is now looking to implement a step change in growth and to increase its current portfolio of customers, based on a strong delivery performance and a very solid set of skills and capability.

We are looking to identify an experienced and capable Sales Leader who has a number of years market experience and has knowledge of the UK FM and Support Service industry. Someone that comes with credibility and a CV of pedigree. You must be used to identifying and managing large scale and complex deals with a variety of corporate customers in the market and know how to use team dynamics and people to win the hearts and minds of clients. You will work with the leadership team to enhance the customer engagement and provide winning solutions that convinces customers to commit. You will have the ability to develop existing customers, extending relationships and service portfolios and to win new long term annuity contracts.

In return, the business can offer you a platform to develop; you will be an integral part of the leadership decision making team and be expected to set strategy for winning and developing customers. Decisions are made in a flat structure and you will feel empowered to contribute and that your successes will be visible and rewarded. In the long term this position will fall as part of the overall succession planning or could lead to international promotion.

To be considered, you must have a thorough understanding of the UK FM and Support Service or Building Services industry and be able to demonstrate high profile business winning credentials.
