Business Development Director - Building Services and Facilities Management
Location: South East
Salary: Circa £100,000 per annum basic + bonus & benefits

Our client is a very well established service business that provides a range of technical built environment solutions, through project delivery, on-going and long term contracts. They work with major customers where the solution based services offered are procured through trust, technical solutions and competitive bidding processes. They are well known and recognised as a unique and independent business that offers a range of 'integrated' high quality services.

On behalf of a major client, we are looking for a Business Development Director who has proven experience of working in the Built Environment sector. You will be both a consummate 'player and manager', having the experience and capability to identify, work with and win the confidence of clients yourself, whilst leading others through the sales process to generate real customer engagement and revenue.

Your background will be both technical and customer orientated, where you can demonstrate an ability to sell complex solutions to sophisticated customers in both the private and public sectors.

We are interested in talking to candidates that can demonstrate a focused track record of business winning success and team leadership, where your experience has been in developing commercial relationships within the built environment market. You will have a proved track record in building long term and repeatable business and are likely to be working within the M&E, Building Services or Physical Security sectors.
