Business Development Director - Facilities Management
Location: UK based, International Travel
Salary: Circa. £120,000 basic + bonus and benefits

Our client is looking for an experienced, Facilities Management Sector, Business Development Director that is focused and experienced in both customer expansion and new business. They have a very open customer base, looking for extended service provision and a strong brand that attracts customer enquiries that rivals the biggest players in the industry.
You will understand and be an experienced professional in the facilities management sector, having proven yourself in customer engagements, to include new business identification, solution architecture management, matrix team leadership (cross geography), commercial management, bidding and presenting to customers to win confidence and contracts. The business is multi discipline based and has customers across the European regions, hence, you will ideally have a second European language, preferably French.
