Bid Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established, progressive contract cleaning and security business serving a range of sectors in the UK. As the business prepares for future growth, they have identified the need to recruit an experienced Bid Manager to join an existing Team.

Reporting into the Business Development Director, the Bid Manager will be responsible for writing contract winning narrative and responding to tender opportunities, ensuring that professional responses are submitted within the required timescales.

Required competencies and qualifications:

*Extensive experience of producing compelling tender and bid responses
*Subject matter expertise in contract cleaning and security sectors
*Writing and report structuring as well as drafting skills
*Knowledge of public sector, OJEU and commercial clients
*Strong commercial awareness
*Great attention to detail and accuracy
*Project management experience
*Flexible, solutions orientated and creative
*Self-motivated, able to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
*Numerate, analytically articulate, and well- organised
*Writing and report structuring as well as drafting skills
*Excellent communication skills at all levels
*Educated to degree level
